For the Lord family these family portraits were very special. Kent has left for Iraq and will be there for a year. We really enjoyed spending time with the Lord family and getting to know them. We wish them the best over the holidays, and always. El

This is a unique story. Baily above was one of the first portraits Erin and I photographed together. The top two pictures are from that shoot, two years ago. Baily is Erin's cousin and was up for anything two years ago, so when her parents asked us to photographer her again, we knew it would be neat. This time we photographed her with the family dogs, Pork and Beans. It was definately more challenging with the pets, but Baily kept them under control. She really enjoyed the image of her laying on the grass with the dogs. It will be interesting to continue to capture her growing up. El

For Hannah's photoshoot we had the opportunity to go to her home and use some of the antique furniture her family owned. It was very exciting. Hannah and her mom were alot of fun, and someday we are going to visit their home for Halloween. (Hannah's mom decorates the whole house for Halloween every year). Have a wounderful holiday. El

So as you can see above we had a special guest with Libby during her photoshoot. He was very cooperative, and kept us on our toes. This was our first senior shoot with a horse, and the images that we captured we felt were amazing. Libby's dress and boots she wore definately made a difference, and we love her for that. Thanks for everything you brought to the images Libby, it would not of been the same without. El

Adam the simple fisherman was fit for El's backyard. It is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. Last year we had photographed his sister Ashley, who came along for the ride this year. We appreciate them returning, and wish them all the very best. El

Happy Halloween!

So the dream! To have been in sister act the movie. So we brought it to life on Halloween! We had some help from some friends to make is seem like a pack of us. I think the best part of Halloween was when we all danced as a group of nuns. It had to be hilarious from the outside in, cuz it was absolutely histeracle from the inside out. Their were alot of great costumes out to say the least, but this one will have to be done again. El

Relatives to Erin, we photographed this family at thier beautiful home, which makes for a unique session. The dog Sammy was in and out of shots, but the picture above was his best take with the family. A year ago we had photographed Dani and Doug on the white for fun, (which they had never seen), so in the viewing we showed them with the family shots, which made for a good laugh. This year Dani and Doug gave out Christmas cards with the three images on them. What a hoot! Thanks to Dave, Jan, Doug, Dani, and Sammy for your time and smiles. El

Gallery Print

Erin recently put a collection of our Bahama images together. I think if you have ever been, you could relate with all these images. As well the colors and placement of each image works so well in this collection. We have it displayed at Sophie's II in Omro, WI. It is a framed 20x20 gallery print that is able to be purchased. If you've ever been to the Bahamas, this would be a great piece for your home. EL

I made a trip to each school and dropped off a small flier. When I had made my way to Menasha High, it was closed. So I drove down the street and saw a new theatre just built. So I decided to drop the fliers their. After photographing these girls, we found out that Megan worked at the theatre and that is how they found out about us. How random, because for us the girls brought a great vibe to the studio. The bike images above are so fun to look at. We enjoyed taking them, and these girls made it worth while. El

We just had a ball with Krista and her friend Megan. They both were photographed by El and as well in each session, we photographed them together (look above). Krista brought a unique look to her session with her yearbook and camera. She is on the yearbook staff at Menasha High, and we absolutley loved the "yearbook" pose. EL

Austin was alot of fun to photograph and that day we had the opportunity to photography the whole family. Go Brewers! That was the theme of the family portrait, it was too fun in all Brewer's attire. They also happened to live right down the road from EL. So most of the portraits were taken on their beautiful property. We wish them the best.

If we could give out an award for the most energetic, free spirited, and up for anything senior, Brittany would get it. We went to Fon du Lac for part of her photo shoot (her idea), and had a blast. We wish Brittany the best in all her theater adventures.

Too crazy, fun crazy that is! Nikki was our first senior to split her session into two, due to her new dew! She came the first time with her long hair and a week later, chopped right off! We loved it. Nikki and her mom were a blast. Her images say alot but for us, getting to know the two of them was the icing on the cake. We wish Nikki the best. She as well is the first senior we entered in the spa competion (keep scrolling down to see). Thanks for everything! El

SPA Model

Recently we just became members of SPA "Senior Portrait Artists", and we were able to enter one senior into the spa model competition. Nikki above has the chance to be one of 15 national winners to recieve a modeling portfolio, and a trip to model at the 2009 SPA event in Summerlin, Nevada in January 4th-7th, 2009. Nikki will also be put on the national Spamodels.com website, receive a set of 10 comp card, and be eligible to be a national spa model chosen by a spa fashion stylist. We find out results in the beginning of November. We will keep you posted. This is something new to the studio. 2010 seniors will have the chance to enter the competition, more information to follow next year. El

So for Cody these photos came natural, as a long time friend of the family (on Erin's side), him and his dad Tony were know as "Mr. Photogenic". The King family is one of a kind, and we wish Cody the best in Utah. Good luck next year Codmaster! Love EL

We enjoyed capturing Tori's love for life. She has been involved in dance since she was a little girl, and we even got to see her smallest dance shoes. She has asperations to become a music teacher. We wish her the best.
